How do I make a booking?

How long is the hire for?
Hire times are a minimum of 4 hours. This can be extended on request at the time of booking for an additional charge.
What time will you arrive to set up?
The arrival time will be organised via phone the week of your event. We typically arrive 30 minutes before the start time, however this can vary based on the size of the booking and our staff.
Do you stay with the jumping castle after delivery?
All jumping castles require a supervisor.
- If you have booked one of our supervisor’s (additional cost), they will arrive for the commencement of your event.
- If you have elected to supply your own supervisor, our team members will install, provide you with a safety briefing, and pack up the equipment.
Can you set up the jumping castle at a park?
You’ll need to check with the relevant council to see whether a permit is required.
You’ll need to find out if the park has power available and whether you can gain access to it. If not, we can supply a generator at an additional cost.

What happens if it rains?
Castles are unable to be set up in the rain. Rainy days are taken on a case by case basis. You can read our Cancellation/Postponement Policy.
How many children can go on the jumping castle?

Can the jumping castle be set up on concrete?
The surface type is an important factor to advise when booking your jumping castle.
Generally, installing jumping castles onto grass where pegs can be used is the preferred option however, we can accommodate other surface types including fake grass, concrete, indoor surfaces, sports courts etc by using sand bags (additional fees apply).

When do we need to pay?
For bookings in the Dubbo area, a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is to be paid on the day, or 3-5 days prior if paying via bank transfer. We will organise your deposit and preferred payment method at the time of booking.
Can you supply us an invoice for payment
Yes, an invoice can be provided upon request.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we hold $20,000,000 public liability insurance on our products. This means we can hire at public locations. A Certificate of Currency can be supplied upon booking. Be aware of hiring from companies without proper insurance!
Do your supervisors have a Working With Children Check?
Yes, all staff have a Working with Children Check.
Can I pick up my hired jumping castle?
At this time, we do not offer a pick up service. We cannot ensure the correct and safe set up without being on site.
