Cancellation Policy
- Due to a limited quantity of equipment and equipment being allocated to you, we request that you provide as much notice as possible before postponing any bookings to allow us to potentially re-hire the allocated equipment.
- All bookings require a non-refundable deposit. If the event is postponed the deposit and any payments will be credited to your account for use within 6 months of the original booking.
- All bookings will be postponed if winds are in excess of 25 km/h or there is a very high probability of rain at the time of set up.
- In the event of incoming rain or increasing wind speed the owner reserves the right to end a hire period at their discretion without a refund.
- For bookings outside of Dubbo, all care and consideration is given to weather conditions. Once travel has commenced if the booking has to be postponed for any reason the deposit is forfeited. Any funds paid over the deposit will be refunded.
- Reasons for postponement include but are not limited to postponements relating to acts of God, natural disasters, weather, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism or hostilities and Government imposed shutdowns. The Owner in its capacity reserves the right to waive the postponement fee at its own discretion.
Cancellation Policy
- Should the Hirer cancel their booking more than 48 hours before the commencement of the Period of Hire, the non-refundable deposit is forfeited and the remaining balance (if paid) shall be refunded.
- Should the Hirer cancel their booking less than 48 hours before the commencement of the Period of Hire, any funds paid are forfeited and where a balance payable is due, those funds become immediately payable.
- Reasons for cancellation include but are not limited to cancellations relating to acts of God, natural disasters, weather, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism or hostilities and Government imposed shutdowns. The Owner in its capacity reserves the right to waive the cancellation fee at its own discretion.
